Представлены результаты исследований, выполненных в ГП НИИСК по вопросам проектирования высотных зданий в сейсмических районах. Проведено обобщение международного опыта проектирования высотных зданий и сооружений. Дано обобщение методов определения сейсмической нагрузки в различных странах и рекомендаций по проектированию высотных зданий. Рассмотрены примеры возведения высотных зданий в Киеве, в сейсмических районах Украины и ряде зарубежных стран. Подробно анализируются современные конструктивные системы, применяемые для строительства высотных зданий.
The results of the research carried out at the NIISK on
the design of high-rise buildings in seismic regions are presented. A
generalization of the international experience in the design of highrise
buildings and construction was carried out. A generalization
of methods for determining the seismic load in different countries
and recommendations for the design of high-rise buildings is given.
Examples of the construction of high-rise buildings in Kiev, in seismic
regions of Ukraine and a number of foreign countries are considered.
The modern design systems used for construction of high-rise buildings
are analyzed in details.
